How do I store my cookies to keep them fresh?
Cookies, Then Milk! products stay freshest in the fridge or the freezer. If you are going to eat the cookies within 2 weeks you can keep them in a sealed container or a cookie jar. Cookies made with applesauce must be refrigerated or frozen to prevent molding. Just set your cookies on the counter for a few minutes and they will defrost right away!
Cookie mix in the original sealed package will stay fresh for at least 1 year.
What different types of Specialty Mix do you offer?
Cookies, Then Milk! offers Dairy Free, Gluten Free, and Organic Mixes. Depending on what ingredients you add at home, your finished product can also be Fat Free and/or Vegan. Sugar Free is available upon request.
Do you offer Pre-Made Cookies?
At this time, we offer only Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, 2 dozen at a time. No specialty mixes. Please email for more information.
When will I start seeing results?
Studies have shown that moms who eat between 1 and 4 cookies per day WILL see results within 4 days. MOST moms will see results in ONE day!
I exclusively pump. Will these cookies work for me?
Yes! I, too, am an EPer and I rely on these cookies for a boost from time to time. Try having two cookies before bed and have an extra bottle ready for your first morning's pump! Remember not to let more than 3-4 hours go between pumping sessions in the first 12 weeks while your supply is regulating!
Do I have to pump to see an increase in my supply?
Not at all. Whether you pump or put baby to breast, the beast measurement of your output is through baby's output! A good rule of thumb is one or two heavy, wet diapers in the first 48 hours. Five or six heavy, wet diapers after five days old and two poos every 24 hours by five days old. (Check with your doctor or lactation consultant for your specific baby's needs.)
Is there Breast Milk in your Cookies?
No. Never. And you do not need to add any to yours either! Save it for your babies!
Are there medicines in your Cookies?
No. Cookies, Then Milk! products contain only natural ingredients. We do not use Fenugreek, or medicines in our mixes. We are also free of preservatives, additives, dyes, artificial flavorings and MSG.
What makes these cookies work?
Oatmeal, Flaxseed and Brewer's Yeast are the three key ingredients to healthy lactation in these cookies. Each one has significant health properties that add encourage milk production and supply maintenance. Along with eating healthy, drinking lots of water, and of course nursing or pumping on a frequent and consistent schedule, these cookies will drastically increase milk supply in a short amount of time.
I threw out the package! How many should I eat each day?!
The recommended consumption is:
Day 1-2: 4 Cookies
Day 3-4: 2 Cookies
Day 5-7: 1 Cookie
Repeat during week 2 (or whenever you feel that you need to! Some moms store the rest of their cookies in the freezer for a few weeks!)
However, feel free to eat as many or as few cookies as you are comfortable with.
We don't eat eggs? How am I going to make these cookies?!
The butter and eggs recipe is only a suggestion. Feel free to substitute ingredients that you would normally use in your everyday baking in place of theses. Common substitutes are applesauce, oil (coconut, olive, etc.), even banana! The choice is up to you!
I am local. Do I have to pay shipping?
I am happy to offer free pick up in the California High Desert area. Should you pick your cookies up after you pay for shipping, you will be given a refund for any shipping fees paid in the form of a Cookies, Then Milk! Gift Certificate.

Shipping is based on weight. Small Order Shipping for products up to 16 ounces is $5. Medium Order Shipping from 1.1 lbs. to 3 lbs. is $8. Large Order Shipping from 3.1 - 6 lbs. is $14. And Extra Large Shipping is any order over 6.1 lbs. for $19.

What is your Turnaround Time?
Order are shipped in 14-21 business days and shipped via UPSP Priority Mail 1-3 days shipping. We do not ship on holidays or the weekend. We aim to ship as quickly as possible and will provide a tracking number immediately upon shipping. I know you are eager to receive your order! I will get it to you as fast as possible.

We do not accept returns, but if you are unhappy with your order, we will always make it right. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us an email with a photo of the product and we will replace it right away. I am Gluten Free. Do you make Custom Orders?
Yes! We offer Dairy Free, Gluten Free, and Organic mixes in our extensive line. Depending on quantity offered, we can customize orders that are not on the website, so feel free to email and ask! Most special orders can be shipped out within 3 business days.
Do you offer Wholesale Pricing?
Yes! Retail stores, Doctor's Offices, and Co-ops qualify for special wholesale prices on orders of 12 packages or more. Just email for more info!
