Ingredients: Whole Gluten Free Oats, Pure Cane Sugar, Flaxseed Meal, Brewers Yeast, Baking Powder, Salt

Instructions :
Pour entire packet into a standard mug.
Add -
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon oil (any kind)
- 1 egg
Stir until just completely combined. Microwave about 90 seconds.
*For a chewier more cookie like treat add one extra tablespoon of oil!
