Shipping policy

Current order processing is 5-7 business days. Granola is 7-10 business days  

(Business days do not include weekends)

We have Route Shipping Insurance to protect all orders where it is permitted. If there is an issue with an order or it has been delayed please refer to the email received by route when order was placed. In that email is a link to where you can submit a claim. 

Refunds are not given for multiple orders that are shipped together. No exceptions.
